How can I contact Carrickfergus Car Care?
The best way to get a quick response any day of the week between the hours of 7am and 10pm is to message us on Facebook or Instagram at Carrickfergus Car Care.
Alternatively, our email is carrickferguscarcare@gmail.com, and we will do our best to answer any queries you may have within 24 hours.
Clients within our Complete Car Care Maintenance Plan's will have 24hour access to a phone number for 24/7 Car Care.
Where are you based?
We are based in Carrickfergus and once you have booked your first car care service you will be sent the address to attend.
We are a Booking Only service and do not except walk-ins.
Do you offer mobile detailing services?
As of yet, we do not offer mobile detailing services, however this may change in the coming future.
Can I change or cancel my order, and NOT lose my deposit?
You can swap your service for other services within 48 hour notice as long as they are expected to take the same amount of time.
We do not offer refunds on deposits because of online fees.
If something pops up, let us know and we'll rearrange your booking for the next suitable date. Again, we do not offer refunds for services. We've booked time for you, and cannot take other customers in this time frame because it was for you.
If you order a physical product, you can return it to our site unopened for a full refund. It's up to you to return the product to us, and you will not get a refund until the product has arrived back at our site.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Please contact us or let us know on vehicle collection if there is anything that you are not satisfied with. The quicker you inform us, the quicker we can get it resolved for you free of charge, within reason.
If you are still not satisfied with the provided solution, we can offer a partial / full refund depending on the circumstance.
Please note, we are not idiots, and will not be offering refunds for customers who are making things up to claim some money back.
Second please note; We've never had a single complaint and will continue what we're doing plus more to ensure this stays this way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit / debit cards through this website. Alternatively, bank transfer is available in person or once you are an existing client, and we also accept cash payments upon collection.
