  • Service Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any cleaning services once they have been completed.
  • Booking Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
  • Product Refunds: Opened cleaning solutions cannot be returned or refunded.
  • How to Request a Refund: If you believe there is an issue with a product purchased from us, please contact us on the same day of purchase at carrickferguscarcare@gmail.com or visit our location. Proof of purchase is required.
