What's Included?

Visit 1

Your first visit will include an entire Deep Clean of your vehicle; inside, outside, in the boot and under the bonnet. No matter where you look, it'll be exceptionally clean and fresh like it's never been used.

Interior Deep Clean 

All carpets, mats and seats will be steam cleaned, washed with a suitable solution and wet extracted to remove even the deepest of ingrained dirt and body oils.

Leather seats are treated with leather cleaner only as harsh products and tools can quickly ruin your leathers appearance and health. Your leather's in safe hands with us.

All hard surfaces including your:

• Dash and centre console
• Steering wheel and doors
• Any other hard surfaces around your vehicle

Will be cleaned using a suitable solution, steam cleaned, and left not only looking its best, but actually germ free and safe to touch.

All windows are cleaned and left streak free.

The interior roofing is cleaned using a suitable solution.

Your car boot is cleaned using a suitable solution, steam cleaned and wet extracted.

Any pet hair will be removed.

Exterior Deep Clean

All wheels, tyres and arches are cleaned with a safe but strong range of acid-free solutions to remove all dirt, grease and brake dust from your wheels.

Your cars body is safely hand washed to remove all the contaminants from the paint, and any remaining particles like iron, brake dust and tar, will be specially removed using premium solutions.

All tight and hidden areas will be detailed to ensure all dirt, grime and moss is completely gone from you car. There will be nothing to point out that lowers the look and value of your vehicle

Now your car is completely clean, we'll keep it this way month after month to keep the value of your car as high as possible and keep giving you your favourite new car feeling every time you come back.

Interior Monthly Visits

All carpets, mats and seats are steam cleaned, avoiding chemicals to prolong the health of your interiors materials - Any stains will be cleaned with a suitable solution and wet extracted if applicable.

Every other maintenance visit will include the use of suitable solutions to return the fresh scent, while not over powering the materials and causing damage.

Leather seats are treated with care, using only leather solution.

All hard surfaces are wiped down and cleaned using a suitable solution.

All touch points are steam cleaned depending on the material to ensure they are germ free - this includes your steering wheel, handbrake and gear stick if applicable, and all door handles.

All windows are cleaned and left streak free for a perfect view of the road.

Any dirty marks on your cars interior roofing will be removed.

Your car boot is vacuumed and any stains will be removed.

Any pet hair will be removed.

Exterior Monthly Visits

All wheels, tyres and arches will be cleaned using a range of specialised solutions to ensure they're kept gleaming for as long as possible - Monthly removal of brake dust will keep your wheels in much better condition compared to cars outside of our maintenance packages.

Your cars body is handwashed to avoid scratches and swirls, and finished by detailing all tight spaces to keep your car looking its ultimate best.

Your windows and wipers are cleaned to remove all grease, salt, and other vision blurring substances, keeping your windows streak free, every visit.

We take away the Hassle

All of our maintenance plans come with 3 Management Services on top of keeping your car in pristine condition.

We also offer fault code diagnosis with industry standard equipment and can source a local professional to fix it for you, saving you a lot of time and effort, and finding you the best price to save you money.

Get access to our Ceramic Infused Premium Wash

Adds an extra, unbeatable layer of protection to your cars paintwork without the expensive cost of a Complete Ceramic Coating.

Ceramic Protection stops paint damage from bird droppings, metal contaminants in the air, and any road grease or salt.

It has hydrophobic properties, giving you the water beading effect and protects your paint against water spots and chemicals such as chlorine and salt.

 Additional Engine Bay Degreaser

12XTRA includes an additional Engine Bay Clean to ensure your engine is kept grease and obstacle free.

Your engine will be cleaned on Visit 1 and Visit 10 of your 12XTRA Plan. This makes your bay extremely clean compared to others out there and reduces the likelihood of issues due to less dust and dirt blocking airways and no solid objects in there like leaves or bugs.

Tyre-Discount Scheme

Get access to our Tyre Discount Scheme which is unique and exclusive to Carrickfergus Car Care.

We reimburse you £30 per pair of tyres, meaning you can easily claim back £60 when you get a new set of 4 tyres - Only inside our maintenance plans.

Simply bring us your invoice from your preferred tyre specialist and we'll reimburse you the cash.

Having tyres in good condition reduces your likelihood of being in an accident. You have more control in all road and weather conditions.

Alarm Code Reading

In the standard 12X we connect to your vehicle during your maintenance visit to check your cars alarms, if your car is displaying them.

In the 12XTRA Plan, we'll come to you or you can come to us any day of the week and we'll get your car diagnosed within 24hours of contacting us.

Optional Discounted Clay, Polish and Wax Sitting - X2!

On top of all of these boosted services, you're given your own exclusive discount on a machine polish for your car.

Polishing brings out your cars colour tremendously, while improving the condition of your paintwork by removing all light scratches, swirls and other paint imperfections.

Everyone notices a polished car, that's how great they look.

The Clay treatment removes absolutely everything from your paint, giving the perfect prime for a detailed polish.

After your cars been entirely machine polished, we'll use premium wax to make your car ultra-glossy and your cars colour pop like its just been repainted.

Our Clay and Polish sitting is normally £229. When you're inside the 12XTRA plan, you get it for a tiny fraction of that price at just £69.

The best thing? You can get this entire procedure completed twice during your 12 months at the discounted rate of £69 each, saving an incredible £320.

This is optional and can be redeemed at any point during your plan.

Useful Tools

We'll supply you with your own pack of quality microfibre cloths so you can wipe away any dust or dirt that may appear in between visits, and wipe up any spills that you manage to catch on time.

To help you be prepared for the winter, we'll supply you with your own De-Icer so you don't need to worry about buying it or stress about being late in those cold mornings.
