The Process

Once you've confirmed your online booking by checking out, contact us on social media at Carrickfergus Car Care to arrange your date and time. We'll send you our location then too.

We are an Appointment Only service and do not display our location on this site.

If you have a very tight schedule and only certain dates or times suit you, let us know when you're messaging us and we'll work with your dates and times!

Collection

Please arrange collection from our site as our services do take a lot of time! We are highly detailed in our service and times can range from 6-10 hours depending on your cars condition.

Based on the pictures you send us, we aim to give you an approximate time for collection. Please be aware we may run over this time on some occasions before we get your car in the perfect condition that you are paying us to do.

If we do run over the stated time, we will apologise, but we know you'd rather pay for the job to be perfect than to be rushed. There will be no refunds for running over time.

We'll also let you know with plenty of notice if your collection time will be later than first thought.

Alternatively, we can drop you off to a location within Carrickfergus or surrounding areas - Whitehead, Greenisland etc.

Please inform us in advance if you need this service so we can ensure a vehicle is free to do this.
